I was elected on to Kilrush Town Council in 2009 and Clare County Council in 2014 over the last ten years I have worked tirelessly with local residents and community groups to represent their concerns and those of the wider community.
I believe passionately and proudly in the sense of community and that there is a need for strong representation and i wish to continue to represent all constituents on Clare County Council. I have the Enthusiasm, Passion, Energy and Experience to make real change, a change that reflects the Real Needs of the people.
Why am I running?
As an enthusiastic candidate with experience at town and county council level I feel that You Deserve someone that has a Passion for our community, and the Experience and Ability to make practicable decisions. I have seen firsthand, how politics can have a positive impact on people’s lives but also on how decisions made can be detrimental to us all. No issue can be considered too small or insignificant.
Our constituency needs a candidate, with a Strong Voice, we need someone with a Realistic and Committed Approach to getting things done. I have proven myself at local level and have delivered numerous projects to benefit the constituency. I am asking for you number 1 vote to enable me to continue to serve you and complete projects and initiatives underway.
Talk achieves NOTHING I have a strong commitment to County Clare that I have demonstrated with a proven track record of rolling my sleeves up and getting things done. I know I can contribute to ensuring Kilrush and the locality are Not Forgotten and deliver a promising future for our Constituency by continuing as Your Clare County Council representative.
I am employed by L&M Keating Ltd, the largest civil contractors in Clare, based in Kilmihil since 2001. My work as a Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Manager means I have worked on many projects and I have practical experience of doing business in Clare and at a national level.
